TRAINING
If you cancel 7 or more days prior to your course start date, you will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days of your course start date are 100% non-refundable.
Cancellations must be made in writing via email to our Training Department (customerservice@fast-rescue.com).
PRODUCTS
We offer you a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your products, please return the item to us intact and unused within 30 days for a credit or exchange. A restocking fee of 15% applies.
To return a product, please follow these steps:
1. Contact us to report the problem.
2. Once you have received the RMA (Return Materials Authorization) form from us, please package the item with the RMA form and mail to:

3. Upon receipt of the intact and unused product, your refund or exchange will be processed within 2-4 weeks.
4. Return postage/shipping is not refunded.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received your refund, please contact your bank or credit card company as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have not received your refund within 4 weeks, please contact our Billing Department at billing@fast-rescue.com.
